We believe that horse retirement doesn't mean you have to sell or put your cherished companion to sleep. There is an alternative! We cater to horses that have finished their working lives and need a place to hang up their gear and relax for the remainder of their years.

Wollombi Horse Haven is a 30 acre property in the lovely Wollombi Valley . Wollombi is located in the Hunter Valley which is 1 hour west of the Central Coast and Newcastle and 2 hours north of Sydney .

We have an abundance of feed on the property and dams that are overflowing! Open pasture agistment predominantly for the older retired horse as we are off the beaten track.

Horse shelters, stable and shady areas along with plenty of room for your horse to run, swim or just wander and eat till their hearts are content.

Come and visit your treasured companion and if a ride is on the cards, we have a roundyard, tack shed and are located right next to a State Forest .

Basic – paddock only	$42.00	Veterinary, dentist and farrier visits will be arranged and attended to by us but at the owner's expense.

Constant contact will be made by us to inform you of the welfare of your horse and any needs they may have. Photos will be taken regularly and emailed to you for your peace of mind if you don't visit often.
