Apple dale farm is a brand new 30 acre property in the lovely Wollombi Valley. We offer agistment for a small select number of horses. Over the next few years we plan to develop our farm into a Boutique Thoroughbreed Broodmare Farm, but for now we can cater for all types of Horses

We believe that all horses on our property deserve the best care and attention, while we have an abundance of grass on our property and dams that are overflowing. We feel that horses in Australia need to be supplemented with extra feed, so we will only accept horses on agistment from owners that put the welfare of their horses first.

Apple Dale farm is located just outside of the historic village of Wollombi . Located in the Hunter Valley which is 1 hour west of the Central Coast and Newcastle and a comfortable 2 hours north of Sydney CBD.

Horse shelters, stable and shady areas along with plenty of room for your horse to run, swim or just wander and eat till their hearts are content.

Come and visit your treasured companion and if a ride is on the cards, we have a roundyard, tack shed and are located right next to a State Forest .

Veterinary, dentist and farrier visits will be arranged and attended to by us but at the owner's expense. Appledale farm is in close proximity to Vet’s and farriers, who are available on call if necessary. Discounts offered for more than one horse.

Constant contact will be made by us to inform you of the welfare of your horse and any needs they may have. Photos will be taken regularly and emailed to you for your peace of mind if you don't visit often.

Over the coming years, we plan to add some tourist cottages to our farm, which will give the opportunity for owners to come and spend a relaxing week end on our farm with their horses at discounted prices.
